1. Legal information
The website https://emstunisie.ch/ (the “Site”) is published by SILVER RESORTS, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €15,000, registered office at 30/32 boulevard de Sébastopol, 75004 Paris, registration number 979 724 457, VAT number FR51 979 724 457, represented by Mr Farès Bouslama as President, who is also the publication director. 2. Purpose and scope
The Site is an informational showcase presenting the high-end nursing homes and residences located in Tunisia and intended for international retirees (the “Residences”). Bookings are made exclusively via https://www.silver-resorts.com/ and are not covered by the Site. The Residences are operated by third-party entities, for which SILVER RESORTS acts solely as an intermediary. 3. Site content and intellectual property
All elements of the Site (images, logos, illustrations, texts, graphics, software, databases, designs and trademarks) are the exclusive property of SILVER RESORTS or licensed to it. You are granted no right other than to view the content on the Site. Any reproduction, download, transmission, representation or use of the content is prohibited save for legal exceptions.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the IT and communication means allowing access to the Site and for the knowledge required to use the Internet. You bear connection and equipment costs. You undertake not to communicate any health data to SILVER RESORTS; if necessary, such information will be requested by the entities managing the Residences.
5. Liability
SILVER RESORTS endeavours to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information accessible on the Site. However, the Site is provided “as is”, without warranty of availability or accuracy, particularly regarding well-being, medicine and care. The Site may contain links to third-party sites whose content SILVER RESORTS does not control and for which it cannot be held liable.
6. Amendments, applicable law and jurisdiction
SILVER RESORTS may modify the Site and these terms at any time without notice. These terms are governed by French law. Any claim should first be addressed to SILVER RESORTS to seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent court will rule in accordance with the applicable law.
